Our attorneys represent clients within proceedings concerning the registration with the Industrial Property Protection Authority; they execute respective agreements enabling the use of intellectual property incl. licence agreements. We represent clients when protecting the copyright if infringed by third persons – both in front of court of justice and when negotiating with the other party.
